James M. Francis IV
Mr. Francis joined Montag & Caldwell in 2001 after serving as a Portfolio Strategist for First Union National Bank, where he provided investment support and reviews to his corporate pension plan clients. He initially served as a Marketing Analyst for Montag & Caldwell, where he provided portfolio and market attribution and analysis. Mr. Francis has successfully completed the Accredited Asset Management Specialist Professional Designation Program. His professional affiliations include the Global Association of Risk Professionals, the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives, and he is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).
William E. Long III
Mr. Long joined Montag & Caldwell in 2000 after fifteen years with prior investment management client service and marketing experience where he was Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director of Sales and Marketing. While with Montag & Caldwell, he has served as an officer of the ABN AMRO Mutual Fund Board and an officer with Aston Asset Management. Mr. Long’s current responsibilities include consultant relations, marketing and client service.
George M. Northrop
Mr. Northrop joined Montag & Caldwell in 2002 after seventeen years in the financial services industry. He spent over ten years with the institutional investment operation of Aetna and seven years as Senior Vice President with Zurich Scudder Investments. While serving at Zurich Scudder Investments, he established the Southeastern regional office for the defined contribution business. His professional affiliations include the Southern Employee Benefits Conference and the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives.
