Ms. Burns rejoined Montag & Caldwell in 2003 as the manager of the trading department. Her investment career began in 1972, and includes ten years of experience at Montag & Caldwell, commencing in 1974, as a portfolio assistant and equity trader. Prior to returning to Montag & Caldwell, she had a nineteen year association with INVESCO Institutional, NA, as an equity trader and manager of ten international and domestic traders. She has twenty-three years of equity trading experience. She is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP).

Mr. Christians joined Montag & Caldwell in 1999 and currently serves as an equity and fixed income trader. Prior to joining Montag & Caldwell, he worked on the floor of the CBOT, co-founded DCFX Funds and traded a proprietary equity account for the Pinnacle Trading Group. His professional affiliations include the Market Technicians Association, from which he received the Chartered Market Technician designation.
Katherine E. Ryan

Southwest Texas State University, B.A., 1987Ms. Ryan joined Montag & Caldwell in 1997 after ten years of experience in the investment business. She previously worked for J.C. Bradford and Dean Witter Reynolds as a registered sales assistant. Her professional affiliations include the Georgia Securities Association (GSA), current Board member and past President; and the Atlanta Association of Women in Securities.
