The Montag & Caldwell Large Cap Growth Collective Investment Trust (CIT) was established in May 2009. The CIT provides a vehicle for qualified assets (ERISA) that do not meet the minimum asset level for a separate account, and for those unwilling or unable to invest in a mutual fund. The CIT is subject to the same decisions and portfolio investments delivered by Montag & Caldwell's Investment Policy Group, as such the CIT offers investors the same large-cap high quality growth investment strategy that is available to our separately managed accounts.
